About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable Building Engineer Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient distribution center. In this role, you’ll help protect our team by ensuring hazards are addressed promptly, emergency exits are clear, and facility spaces are well-maintained.


What You'll Do

  • Clean and maintain shipping docks, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Ensure emergency exits, railings, and safety zones are free of hazards.
  • Perform routine deep cleaning (dusting, windows, vents, power washing).
  • Restock supplies, reorganize storage areas, and update cleaning logs.
  • Patrol the property and report or resolve safety concerns.


What Success Looks Like

  • The facility is consistently clean, safe, and free of hazards.
  • Emergency exits, docks, and work areas always remain unobstructed.
  • Cleaning supplies and tools are stocked, and storage areas stay organized.
  • Deep-cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and documented.
  • Employees and visitors notice and appreciate a well-maintained environment that supports safe operations.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
  • Comfortable working in a distribution center environment.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Relevant experience aligned with the responsibilities of this role


Compensation

$20 per hour


Schedule

Monday through Friday: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
