BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer Technician to support clients throughout Louisville and surrounding communities within a 50‑mile radius. Compensation & Incentives

• $38–$45/hour ($79,040–$93,600 annually based on a 40‑hour workweek)
• Overtime paid when approved
• $55/day per diem for regional travel
• Company-paid lodging when overnight travel is required

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial HVAC Installer Technician, you’ll work on retail, industrial, and commercial facilities across the Louisville metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping
• Diagnose and resolve installation or system performance issues
• Complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency service
• Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors to keep jobs moving smoothly
• Accurately complete work orders using company-issued devices

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 2–5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Preferred

• HVAC apprenticeship or technical school training
• Journeyman or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
• Comfortable wearing required PPE

Schedule & Travel

• Local Louisville-area work with occasional regional travel
• Per diem and lodging provided when overnight travel is required
