Commercial HVAC Service Tech

Mayne Mechanical is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Maryland.

We are a locally and family-owned commercial HVAC company serving the Maryland area. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys troubleshooting, wants to be part of a strong team, and wants the opportunity to continue developing their technical skills.

What You Will Work On

You will maintain, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment including:

• Rooftop units large and small
• Split systems large and small
• VFDs
• VRF/VRV Systems
• MUA Units

What You Need

• Three or more years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Basic Hand Tools and Meter
• EPA Universal Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Electrical and unit controls troubleshooting experience
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Maryland HVAC Journeyman is a plus.
