Oklahoma Chiller is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians in Tulsa.

This is commercial mechanical work at a high level.
You will work on chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and advanced commercial HVAC systems supporting healthcare, manufacturing, and other critical facilities.

Service, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
Work on equipment ranging from split systems to advanced chillers
Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
Communicate professionally with customers
Mentor junior technicians as you grow

Strong foundation in commercial HVAC and refrigeration fundamentals
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems independently
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and represent the company in the field
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Technicians who earn toward the upper end of the pay range typically bring:
5 or more years of commercial HVAC experience
Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, or large mechanical systems
HVAC Unlimited License or active pursuit of one
Experience leading equipment changeout or service projects
Desire to mentor and develop junior technicians
Compensation reflects responsibility, ownership, and leadership. Advancement is based on performance, not tenure.
Base Pay: $25 to $45+ per hour plus overtime
Total Hourly Compensation: $34 to $60 per hour, including benefits
Total Annual Compensation Package: $71,000 to $126,000
Overtime not included in those totals
