Position Details

• Position: Commercial HVAC Technician
• Location: Orlando, FL and surrounding areas
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, ductwork, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPA or other relevant certifications
• Familiarity with control systems and commercial HVAC best practices
• Own hand tools (company vehicle provided for qualified techs)
• Interest in training the next generation of techs
