Commercial Service Technician III

Position Summary

The Commercial Service Technician III is a senior-level position responsible for resolving complex technical support issues and supporting systems, hardware, or applications within the Technician Support job family. Works with minimal supervision and may provide guidance to less experienced staff.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·       Stage tools and PPE for daily jobs. ·       Check equipment readiness. ·       Update inventory logs after issues and returns. ·       Assist with basic measurements and documentation. ·       Upload photos and service notes to job records. ·       Maintain clean and organized storage areas. ·       Prepare mailers for calibration services. ·       Support audits by pulling records and evidence. ·       Coach S2/S1 on staging accuracy. ·       Escalate shortages or damaged equipment.

·       Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications

Education Level Minimum Years of Experience Licenses/Certifications High School Diploma/GED 4+ years

Relevant Experience may be substituted for Education Requirements
