Experienced HVAC Counter Salesperson – Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time Position | Growth Opportunity

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage customer accounts, enter and process orders accurately, and help contractors select the right HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies for their projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
• Provide professional and responsive customer service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage existing customer accounts and follow up on open orders
• Enter sales orders, quotes, and customer information accurately
• Recommend HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies based on customer needs
• Check product availability, pricing, and order status
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop new business
• Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams
• Resolve customer questions and order issues professionally

Qualifications:

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, or wholesale distribution experience is preferred
• Previous counter sales, inside sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and order-entry systems
• Honest, dependable, professional, and customer-focused
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
