Seeking Experienced HVAC Install professionals with great attitudes.
 
  Job Requirements:                 

• Positive Attitude
• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
• Must be a craftsman of our trade 
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communicator
• Desire to learn, grow, and be the best in this industry
• Learn and follow the proven Aire Serv installation processes
• Proficient at installing HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
• Clean background with no felonies
• Drug free
• Clean driving record
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work within a team environment

Hiring Process: Typically a  1-2 week process

• Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
• Upon a successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview 
• All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessments 
• FIT Interview(s) with team members 
• Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager
• Job Offer

Relocation assistance can be discussed for highly qualified applicants Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
