Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and service recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC certification or relevant experience (2 years)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving record
• Require 2 years at least of residential HVAC service technician experience
