The
HVAC Apprentice is an entry-level role responsible for assisting experienced HVAC Technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This position provides hands-on training and development opportunities while supporting safe and efficient facility operations.
Pay: $28.00/hour.

ABM Employee Benefits - Frontline
- Assist HVAC Technicians with preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs of HVAC systems
- Learn to troubleshoot system issues including air handlers, condensers, compressors, and ventilation units
- Help install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and system components
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing belts
- Support system testing and performance checks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company procedures
- Accurately document work performed through work order systems
- Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
- Assist with emergency service calls as needed
- EPA 608 Certification
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
