In addition to prior work experience, ECS considers:

1. Age and License: 18+ years old, with a valid driver’s license and clean record.

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. HVAC trade school associate's degree preferred.

3. Experience: Minimum 10 years with chillers and associated equipment.

4. Skills: Basic computer skills, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and universal EPA certification.

5. Professionalism: Maintain a professional image and communication skills.

6. Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel.

7. Turbocor: Experience a strong plus.
