HVAC Estimator

Location: Smithfield RI

Service area: RI and Southern MA

Salary $110-150K DOE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (plan/spec and design-build)
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to determine materials, labor, and timelines
• Solicit subcontractor/vendor quotes
• Work with project managers and leadership to support winning proposals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in mechanical/HVAC estimating
• Pipefitting and refrigeration experience required
• Experience with commercial, municipal, and government bids
• Proficient with estimating software and takeoff tools
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline orientation
