Your New Role: Master of HVAC Installations 

As an HVAC Installer AOR and Retrofit at Premier Systems, your day-to-day is anything but ordinary. You’ll be in charge of installing cutting-edge HVAC systems, from AC units to furnaces to heat pumps, on residential and even the occasional commercial retrofit project. You’ll work with a variety of equipment—mini-splits, hi-velocity systems, humidifiers, IAQ products—you name it, you’ll install it. Whether it’s welding line sets, wiring control systems, or managing an apprentice while still knocking out daily jobs, you’ve got the skills to make it happen.

You’ll take complete ownership of your work: commissioning equipment, testing functionality, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring that everything is done with precision. You’re not just installing systems; you’re ensuring our clients experience top-tier comfort, with no exceptions.

• You have at least 5 years of HVAC experience and have spent 2 of those years focusing on retrofit installs.
• You’re a leader who can train an apprentice while still performing top-notch installs.
• You’ve got your EPA Universal Certification and a clean driving record.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years focused on retrofit installations.
• At least 1 year of experience managing and training installation apprentices.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and meet the physical demands of the job.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of technical school training in a mechanical discipline.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified.
• Experience using Service Titan.
