Your New Role
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll be leading installations on residential new builds from start to finish. You’ll take pride in your work and be an example to others. Expect to:

• Install HVAC Systems: Deliver top-notch installations in new residential projects.
• Lead Projects: Own the installation process from rough-in to start-up.
• Mentor Apprentices: Share your knowledge, guiding less experienced team members.
• Adapt to Challenges: Flexibility and problem-solving are key as you navigate varied project demands.
• Collaborate Effectively: Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure quality results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work across Commercial New Construction, Residential New Construction, and Retrofit/AOR departments
• Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses per state regulations
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs, valid MT Driver’s License, and clean driving record
• Universal EPA, OSHA 30 certification required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
