We are currently hiring an HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical codes, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and thermostats 
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems 
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC system malfunctions 
• Ensure that all installations meet safety codes and regulations  
• Accurately document all work performed, parts and materials used, quotes presented, job progress, and to create and submit invoices

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC install experience
• Valid EPA Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
• Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Neat and clean presentation
• Great work ethic
• Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
• Valid driver's license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
