HVAC Installer

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installers for projects located in the Kodak, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Install heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems
• System replacements

• Install & set up HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related components

• Read & interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications

• Perform duct fabrication, layout, and installation to meet code and system requirements

• Conduct system startups, testing, and adjustments to ensure proper operation

• Troubleshoot installation issues and identify solutions onsite

• Communicate clearly with homeowners  supervisors  and team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC Installation experience
• Residential experience
• Familiar with local mechanical codes, and installation standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
