HVAC Installer Level 2

We keep a full schedule. We need Experienced HVAC installers (Level 2)   who keep up.

Our top performers earn between $45K-$100K+ per year. We pay hourly training rate for up to eight weeks, and then flat rate plus commission based on productivity.

What You'll Do:

• Install complete residential HVAC systems — equipment, ductwork, and electrical components
• Remove old equipment and leave the job site clean and professional
• Follow Goettl's picture-perfect install standard on every job
• Make sure the homeowner knows how their new system works before you leave
• Keep your truck stocked, your tools sharp, and your PPE in order

What We Need:

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems (1 year minimum) 
• OSHA-10 certification
• EPA Level 2 certification
• Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license
• Able to pass background and drug screen
• Reliable — you show up on time and finish the job right
