Location: Riverside, CA
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $85,000 – $115,000/year
Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end installation of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
• Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components
• Conduct system start-ups, testing, and ensure proper functionality
• Review installation plans and ensure compliance with local codes
• Communicate clearly with customers about installation processes
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Mentor junior installers and uphold high workmanship standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in residential or light commercial HVAC installation
• Strong understanding of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and local building codes
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Nice to Have:

• EPA Universal Certification

• Experience with high-efficiency system retrofits and zoning systems
