Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with homeowners, and has Service Titan experience, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and thermostats
• Complete equipment replacements and new installations
• Test and start up systems to ensure proper operation
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• ServiceTitan experience is required
• EPA Certification
• Experience installing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
