Hvac Lead Tech

We are hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to help us grow our business with our residential and commercial customers. If you're a residential HVAC technician, this position offers an opportunity to advance your career into commercial Hvac with paid training and experience.

Qualified applicants must meet the minimum requirements below.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HVAC experience in a dispatched service role
• HVAC certificate from a licensed trade school or military equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA 608 certification
• Own tools

Desired Characteristics:

• Excellent system diagnostics ability
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment is a plus
• Must have your own tools

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment
• Perform seasonal maintenance on equipment
•  Installation of replacement equipment
• Participate in rotation of after-hours and weekend standby duty

• On call rotation
