HVAC Project Manager

Experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager 

Designbuild Mechanical is looking for an experienced foreman to manage commercial projects. Foreman are responsible for managing up to five-man crews on one project at a time. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits, including a generous pay structure, travel opportunities, and room for growth within the organization.

Full time year-round permanent position in the Mint Hill NC area.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year DOE + Excellent 

FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing work to anticipate, detect, and address factors that impede operations.
• Enforcing safety regulations and protocols
• Creating and managing the staff, maintenance, and work schedules.
• Conducting performance reviews with staff
• Interpreting plans and coordinating with other trades
• Implementing strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained.
• Work from verbal instructions, drawings, blueprints, sketches, bills of material, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 + years experience as a Forman
• 10 + years HVAC experience
• EPA certification that is up to date and valid
• Proficient in reading plans and coordinating with other trades
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School degree or equivalent
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
