Job Description

Summary:

All Pro Refrigeration is a family-owned business looking to hire a HVAC-R Technician to support the increasing demand for our commercial refrigeration and air conditioning services within the San Bernardino and Los Angeles County area across multiple locations with a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $45 DOE and comprehensive benefits package.

Required Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in HVAC and refrigeration service and be required to:

  • Proven experience working in commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration settings
  • Proficient knowledge of tools such as gauges, refrigerant recovery machines, thermostats, voltage meters, hand tools, etc. 
  • Be able to work independently and be self-motivated to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
  • Read equipment manuals and schematics
  • Arrive punctually to your scheduled job daily and commit to overtime
  • Maintain a clean driving record 
  • Provide EPA certification
  • Lift / push / pull 50+ lbs. regularly without assistance
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and Refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure system efficiency and compliance with regulations
  • Complete work orders daily via a web-based platform and submit recommendations for repairs and improvement to customer's system(s)
  • Complete assigned tasks within the allotted time given
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
  • Maintain a safe working environment
