Are you an experienced HVAC technician ready to take the lead? If you enjoy helping other technicians troubleshoot, sharing what you've learned, and showing what quality work looks like, Seatown's HVAC Field Supervisor role in Mukilteo could be your next step.
This is hands-on field leadership: you'll work alongside technicians, help solve difficult service problems, and coach the team toward consistent, high-quality work. You'll partner with Service Managers and Dispatch to resolve warranty issues and turn recurring field problems into practical training. It's a chance to make an impact beyond your own service calls while staying close to the technical work you know.
This role works in customer homes and residential field settings, including outdoor areas with uneven or rough terrain. Work may involve extended exposure to heat, cold, and changing weather conditions, as well as occasional work in cramped or confined spaces.
Physical duties include standing and walking for up to eight hours per day; occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; and regularly gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead. The work requires visual attention to equipment and components and the ability to distinguish speech, equipment sounds, and alarms. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
