Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support HVAC service technicians
• Manage daily service schedules, dispatching, and job prioritization
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and assist on complex residential and commercial HVAC calls
• Train and mentor service team members
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve service issues
• Coordinate with parts and inventory teams to ensure job readiness
• Enforce safety and operational standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential & commercial)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Type II certification preferred
• Strong communication, scheduling, and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a service-driven team
• Organized, punctual, and adaptable
