Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC system performance through observation and testing.
• Proficient in electrical diagnostics of HVAC equipment.
• Efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
• Perform disassembly/reassembly of commercial/residential HVAC equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain service contracts profitability and cultivate customer relationships.
• Participate in on-call rotation and adhere to safety requirements.
• Safely drive company vehicles and manage inventory stock on service vehicle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Mandatory registrations, licenses, and certifications including Universal EPA Certification.

Skill Set

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC Unitary systems such as Split systems, VRF/VRV, Roof Top packaged systems.
• Proficiency in air cooled chiller service.
• Airside skills in Fan Powered Box, VAV, VFD operations.
• Understanding of AHU operation theory and control valve operation.
• Maintenance abilities on Exhaust fans and Cooling Towers.
