Your New Role:

Join the elite team at Ready & Able Plumbing, Heating & Air, where you'll be at the forefront of providing unparalleled heating, cooling, and air quality services.  Opportunity to work (5) 8 hour shifts or (4) 10 hour shifts.  Earn a generous base hourly pay plus incentives and commissions.  As a valued member of our team, you'll take on exciting challenges, deliver exceptional service, and make a real difference in the lives of our customer.   Primarily residential work completing maintenances and service calls on customers heating and cooling systems.  No Overnight on call!

• Pay of $120,000+ per year with incentives depending on skills and experience. 

Now, let's talk about your responsibilities:

• Safely and courteously driving company vehicles
• Performing heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenances.
• Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly
• Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls
• Tracking materials and maintaining inventory
• Communicating effectively with customers, providing solutions and quotes
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

Job requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with heating and air conditioning codes and regulations
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
• Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and ability to work collaboratively
