HVAC Service Technician

Position: HVAC Service Technician

Full Time year-round permanent position up to $40 Per hour DOE + Excellent Benefits package!

Location: NYC, We are based out of 39 Broadway and service the immediate area for our commercial customers.

Job Description:

• Service, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial high rise customers in the NYC area!
• Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Mentor apprentices on the proper procedures for the job.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team!
• Proper documentation from start to finish of repair with use of an electronic tablet utilizing Build Ops software.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 3 years of HVAC Service experience.
• Ability to braze / solder and read and interpret electrical diagrams / blueprints.
• Ability to work on interior package units up to 30T
• Ability to lift / carry 50LBS +
• Ability to climb on a ladder.
• Valid EPA 608 
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 10.
• Ability to travel to 39 Broadway NYC on a daily basis
• Ability to pass Background / Drug Screen.

• EPA 608 Certification (Required)

• F60 / SST (Required)
