Join a team that values your skills and helps you grow. Action Air is hiring an HVAC Service Technician (D2 or S2 license) with at least 2 years of experience to support our commercial service team. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems
- Assist with diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate with dispatch on job progress and scheduling
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- D2 / S2 required.
- 2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC systems
- Ability to use gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and schematics
- Valid driver’s license
- Current OSHA License (in CT OSHA expires 5 years after issue)
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
