Job Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Residential Service Technician at Wolfer’s, you’ll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to make sure they feel heard and valued. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully to their concerns, and work hard to find the best solutions for their comfort needs. You’ll be their trusted advocate—ensuring they get the service they deserve while also looking for ways to help the business grow and drive revenue growth.

Duties: 

• Be the technical expert in our customer's home.
• Driving revenue growth through sales.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.
• Troubleshoot defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
• Keeping daily logs of truck inventory 
• Tests all completed work.
• Other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• EPA Certified 
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service experience.
• Must have HVAC related tools prior to starting.
• Sales skills a must.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• HVAC experience required: 2 years
• Self starter to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
