We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians who have at least 3 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. Refrigeration knowledge is a plus!

Compensation Package:

• $60,000 to $85,000 plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and address their HVAC needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and subsequent periodic drug screening
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
