Job Description:

• Perform system diagnostics, procure replacement parts, and clearly communicate the immediate issues to customers for a thorough understanding of required solutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and/or office managers.
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule.

Experience & Requirements:

• Pass a background check and drug test.
• EPA Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Medium and Low Temp Refrigeration, Ice Machines, and ideally Commercial Cooking Equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Light Duty Plumbing and Electrical work is preferred.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Accurately complete paperwork and keep company vehicles clean inside and out.
• Possess a clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid driver's license.
• Participate in applicable training sessions.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Possess common trade tools.
• Experience with Service Titan and Service Channel is beneficial but not required.
