$27–$32/hour | Full-Time

Are you the person everyone calls when the AC isn't working? We want you on our team.

Colleton River Club is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems running smoothly across the property.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, cooling towers, chillers, and building automation systems.
•  Maintain refrigeration equipment, coolers, freezers, compressors, condensers, fans, and coils.
• Service and maintain ice machines.
•  Assist with pool heaters, plumbing, drinking fountain chillers, and other facility systems when needed.
• Manage and complete work orders using a mobile work-order system.
• Spot problems, take initiative, and fix things before they become bigger problems.
• Work independently while being part of a team that takes pride in keeping the property running at its best.

What You Bring

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Active EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• A dependable, get-it-done attitude
• Ability to safely work from ladders and lift up to 75lbs.
