    • o Pay: $34.68+ /hour
    • Location: 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216.
  • Requirements:
    • Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
    • 4+ years of trade experience,
    • Active state of Texas HVAC license
    • Siemens controls training
    • OSHA certification
    • The ability to read blueprints and independent problem-solving, with occasional supervision of helpers.
    • Previous experience with the VA is a plus

What does a typical day look like for the HVAC Technician?

You will:

  • Install, operate, repair, and maintain a wide range of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems throughout the hospital, from small domestic units to complex equipment up to 300 HP and large central systems of about 500 tons.
  • Inspect equipment, perform major and minor repairs, adjust controls, troubleshoot leaks, service compressors, and chemically treating water systems, as well as work with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic controls.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
  • 4+ years of trade experience
  • An active state of Texas HVAC license
  • Siemens controls training
  • OSHA certification
  • The ability to read blueprints and independent problem-solving, with occasional supervision of helpers.
  • Previous experience with the VA is a plus

If selected, candidates will need to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements consistent with VA medical staff processes.
