As an HVAC Technician, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across our 5,000-acre property. Every day brings something different—from preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to responding to an unexpected mechanical issue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
• Install and maintain HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components and determine appropriate repairs
• Work with boilers and related systems
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work plans
• Respond to emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training when needed
• Assist with general maintenance throughout the property
• Interact with guests and provide friendly, professional service when HVAC issues affect their experience

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• At least 1 year of HVAC technician experience
• EPA 608 certification required
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems
• Working knowledge of boiler systems
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work plans
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to continue learning and developing your HVAC expertise

If you live on property, you'll participate in an on-call rotation of at least one night per week.
