The
HVAC Technician is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role ensures all equipment operates efficiently and safely while delivering high-quality service to support facility operations and client satisfaction.
Pay: $35.00/hour.

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handlers, compressors, chillers, boilers, and rooftop units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions
- Install, replace, and test HVAC equipment and components as needed
- Monitor system performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Complete work orders and document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Inspect and maintain controls, thermostats, motors, belts, filters, and ventilation systems
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and system failures
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding system status and needed repairs
- Support energy management and cost-saving initiatives
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- 3+ years of HVAC maintenance or service experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with work order systems
