Job Responsibilities:
Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC system
Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure proper system operations
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Follow safety protocols and company standards on every job
Requirements Requirements:
2+ years of HVAC/AC service experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
NATE certification (Strong Plus but not required)
Experience with ductless mini-splits, smart thermostats, or energy-efficient systems
