Job Title: Journeyman Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Level III/IV)

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience servicing commercial HVAC systems or similar mechanical equipment
• Strong troubleshooting ability with hands-on repair and maintenance experience
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and HVAC schematics
• Active Maryland HVAC Journeyman License
• Experience working with VRF systems and related diagnostic software is highly preferred
• Familiarity with boilers, RTUs, DX systems, make-up air units, and exhaust systems
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
