What You’ll Be Doing

• Install furnaces, ACs, and accessories to manufacturer standards
• Fabricate and install ductwork and transitions
• Handle flue piping, gas connections, and refrigerant vacuums
• Wire low-voltage components
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and dialed in
• Stock and organize your company vehicle
• Walk homeowners through their new system with confidence
• Represent Genz Ryan like a pro on every install
• Jump in on additional install tasks when needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of HVAC install experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Open to learning and growing your skill set
• Solid communication and basic tech comfort
• Able to pass a background check and physical work simulation
• 18+ years old and willing to work within a 60-mile radius of Burnsville
