What You'll Do
- Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices
- Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related HVAC systems according to company standards and code requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation layouts
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with high attention to detail
- Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and project managers
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make recommendations in the field
- Verify equipment is installed and operating properly before job completion
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years experience as an HVAC Installer, with leadership or lead installer experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, controls, and installation best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying job site conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship
