Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.Represents the company in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.Qualifications3 years or more of residential HVAC installation experience.S1, S2, D1, D2, B1, or B2 licenses.Universal EPA Certification preferredAbility to be flexible in work schedule.Valid, clean driver’s License.Must have the ability to multi-task.Must have excellent customer service skills.Must possess knowledge of HVAC systemsMust have own hand and power toolsSkills and AbilitiesMust have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.Must have strong attention to detail.Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
