We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in residential and light commercial HVAC service. This position will be responsible for performing HVAC service and repairs while also leading and supporting a team of service technicians.The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on technician and leader who can troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, provide technical guidance, mentor technicians, maintain high-quality service standards, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements· 3-5 year's experience as a HVAC Service Technician preferably in a Leadership role· Troubleshoot, Diagnose & Repair Residential AC & Heating Systems· Experience w/ residential condensers, air handlers, furnaces, boilers and mini-splits· Perform routine maintenance of split systems· RTU, light commercial & refrigeration experience a plus· Familiarity w/ electrical systems associated with system repairs· Ability to assist install teams as needed a plus· Great customer service skills a must· Must be able to work independently and as a team Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
