Maintenance HVAC Technician

Nielsen Mechanical is growing and looking to add a Maintenance HVAC Technician to support our service team across the Denver metro. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their HVAC career who wants steady work, hands-on training, and a clear path into commercial service.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems

• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs

• Work alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills

• Document service work and communicate findings clearly

• Service accounts across the Denver metro area

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred, open to strong residential techs)

• Exposure to RTUs, split systems, and basic HVAC troubleshooting

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and coachable mindset

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $22–$28/hour DOE

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Overtime and on-call rotation as needed
