Compensation: $17 - $20 

Schedule:  Day Shifts ( some weekend and on call availability will be required). 

Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with residential system installations, maintenance, and repairs
   
• Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
   
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and jobsite equipment
   
• Support ductwork, wiring, piping, and equipment installation
   
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
   
• Commit to ongoing training and technical growth
   
• Work as part of a team that values quality, communication, and accountability

Requirements

• Strong interest in learning HVAC trade
   
• Willingness to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
   
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
   
• Punctual, dependable, and respectful attitude
   
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
   
• High school diploma or GED required
   
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
