What You'll Do

• Install residential heating and cooling systems according to company standards
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company and industry safety procedures
• Represent the Casteel brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform the physical duties associated with HVAC installation
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
