Residential HVAC Installer

C&C Service is seeking a skilled experienced HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either commercial or residential ductwork installation. In this position, you will be responsible for installing new ductwork and HVAC systems in various residential settings! 

Type: Full time permanent position

Location: Stamford, CT and surrounding counties

Pay: $25-$40 per hour DOE  $1500 sign on bonus + Amazing Benefits Package! 

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to install and assemble commercial ductwork systems, including ductwork, grilles, dampers and more according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
• Install commercial HVAC equipment per plans, specifications and submittals provided. All key information is provided by office team and coordinated by on-site Job Foremen.
• Work alongside Job Foremen and Project Management team to ensure all project details match requirements of drawings, meet project timelines and maintain a culture of safety on all job sites.
• Maintain high standards regarding quality and professionalism on job sites at all times. This includes consistent attendance, attention to detail, and support of fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Journeyman License preferred (schooling is provided for those who have not yet achieved their license)
• 2+ years' experience in ductwork installation preferred. 
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to interpret specifications and blueprints a plus. If you do not have these skills, training will be provided.
