One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is growing its Residential HVAC Sales Team and is looking for motivated and confident “think on your feet” candidates who want to be in charge of their own success.
Residential HVAC Sales Reps (we call them Project Managers) educate homeowners on technical and investment decisions by providing options and solutions to their unique needs. They can easily describe current offers and services, and instantly build relationships through an honest and caring approach.
Candidates should:
- Be experienced in HVAC Sales and be able to conduct load calculations
- Have an outgoing, enthusiastic, professional demeanor and neat appearance
- Be determined and confident without being overbearing and arrogant
- Be able to recognize sales opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay current on products and services offered to improve sales capacity
- Be able to describe a proven successful and progressive sales history
We provide the territory, transportation, and everything else needed to make you successful; you provide the sales! There is no cap on commissions earned. We also offer medical/dental/life insurances, 401k, short-term disability, paid holidays and vacation, and a flexible work environment.
All Project Manager are expected to have a clean, neat appearance, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as undergo a thorough background check.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
