We're looking for a Residential Service HVAC technician with strong boiler experience to join our team of talented, experienced, and dedicated employees who understand the importance of efficient, outstanding service to Bell's customers. A requirement of employment is to join Denver Pipefitters Local 208 union. Wage rate, healthcare benefits, and retirement are received through Local 208 union.  Wages are up to $44 hourly based on experience/licensure. You can expect to earn between $92,000 and 150,000 Annually!

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician you are responsible for identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing issues pertaining to Bell’s customers’ HVAC and boiler systems..

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of HVAC and boiler experience
• EPA Type 2 or Universal
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to test and repair boilers by operating the system
• Successfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems       
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors, ductless mini-splits and hydronic boilers
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills          
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements                
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
