We'd love to hear from you!JOB SUMMARYThe HVAC Service Technician performs service, repair, diagnostics, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.This position requires a dependable, customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.As our company grows, technicians will have opportunities for continued training, professional development, and advancement into leadership positions.

JOB DUTIES

• Services, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determines the general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoots malfunctions, and identifies necessary repairs.
• Clearly communicates system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers.
• Identifies opportunities for system improvements and replacements while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and workmanship.
• Maintains a neat work area and ensures cleanliness after completing each job.
• Uses floor protection and takes appropriate precautions to protect customers' homes and property.
• Demonstrates a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while operating company vehicles.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Participates in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills, technical competence, and customer service abilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass applicable background screening and drug testing.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
