The Impact You'll Make

You will take ownership of a globally deployed, business-critical platform—the AK‑SM 800A System Manager—used in supermarket refrigeration systems around the world. Your work will directly influence how retailers operate more efficiently, reliably, and sustainably every day.   In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, customers, and commercial strategy, ensuring the platform continues to deliver value in a fast-evolving, connected ecosystem. You’ll translate real-world customer needs into impactful product decisions that scale globally.   You’ll also help shape the future of monitoring and connectivity in refrigeration, contributing to smarter, more integrated solutions that support energy efficiency and operational excellence worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the product lifecycle for the AK‑SM 800A platform to ensure long-term performance and market relevance
• Define and execute the product roadmap based on customer insights and business priorities
• Drive commercial success by positioning the product effectively across global markets
• Partner with sales teams and key customers to uncover needs and translate them into actionable improvements
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver high-value enhancements and next-generation connectivity solutions

What We're Looking For

• We are looking for someone who can combine commercial ownership with strong technical understanding
• 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles
• Background & genuine interest in HVACR, industrial controls, resource data management systems (DMS) or connected systems
• Strong understanding of system-level architectures and communication protocols
• Proven ability to make clear, impact-driven prioritization decisions
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional setup 

 

Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  The range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.
