What You'll Do

• Oversee sheet metal operations across multiple commercial/industrial projects
• Manage crew coordination, manpower planning, and scheduling
• Verify installations meet plans, specs, and SMACNA standards
• Coordinate fabrication schedules and material logistics with field teams
• Mentor leadmen, foremen, and field crews, supporting workforce development
• Coordinate with project managers and senior leadership on planning and operations

What You Need

• 7+ years commercial/industrial sheet metal fabrication and installation experience
• From Carlos (6+ Years for Sheet Metal Superintendent)
• 3+ years leadership experience as leadman, foreman, or similar
• Strong knowledge of ductwork systems and SMACNA standards
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and mechanical drawings
• Valid driver's license, insurable record
